Baby Acne

Due to a severe outbreak of baby acne, we will only be posting low-light, blurry or non-close up pictures of Eli for the time being.  You can't tell how bad it is from the picture, but it's really bad.

Just wait until I'm a teenager

Eli continues to grow quickly, weighing in at 8lbs 15 oz this morning.  She's becoming a little harder to put to sleep in the evenings and at night.  This is unfortunate and exhausting, particularly since Jorge is away on a week-long trip.

Oli is milking every opportunity he can to get away with things.  Today, I discovered he had thrown his trashcan into the kitchen trash.  He comes into my room when I'm nursing Eli and throws things on the floor, knowing I can't stop him in time.  He "negotiates" but never follows through when he gets what he wants up front.  Bedtime battles can go on for up to 2 hours.  I hope we survive his adjustment phase and get through it soon.
