We took Eli to the doctor for her 2-month checkup today. She continues to be tall and skinny, though not quite as super skinny as before: 12 lbs 1 oz in weight (heavier than Oli when he was that age!) and 23.5 inches in length. She still takes after her Papi. She also had 3 shots and one oral vaccine, which she spit out. The nurse said she couldn't give her another dose until the next scheduled one, so hopefully she won't get rotavirus in the meantime.

Tia Loraine came to visit and to help us out while Jorge was away and she finally got a taste of Oli's Terrible Threes. He skipped the Terrible Twos and is taking it out on us now. In the stubbornness department, he takes after his Mami. His no-nap streak lasted a week. Luckily he is napping again now, but not without much struggling both at nap time and at bedtime. But other than that, constant battles, throwing things, hitting, yelling, tantrums.
