Oli's day out

Earlier this week Oli went out for his first outing around the neighborhood (around the corner to Trader Joe's) in his new stroller (thanks Carmen, Apo and Acun!).

So much gear for a five minute walk!

"Whoa."

"Check out my new wheels!"

Oli checking his email.  Thanks to the grandparents for taking care of Oli while his parents catch up on sleep!

He also got another checkup at the doctor's and he gained 8.5 oz between Friday and Tuesday. He weighed in at 7 lbs 9 oz and the yellowness from the jaundice is gradually fading. Good job Mami and Oli!

On the diaper front (since you asked), Oli has been breaking his own records left and right.  First, he managed a "hat-trick" (spit-up, peeing AND projectile poop while his Papi was changing him). Then yesterday he got a new distance record of three feet with his rocket poop while Papi was changing him.

Thanks for the update and sharing Oli's adventures!
You are welcome and that looks like a nice, sturdy and practical stroller.
Thank goodnes you got the wooden floors, much easier to clean than carpet.

Nice weather in Pasadena. hope it stays like it when we go.

Projectile poop must run in the family: Joaquin's record was something like 10 feet. Good thing your floor isn't a rug anymore!
