First Haircut

Oli's hair has been getting pretty long on the sides, but he lost a lot of hair on the back side of his head, and it was all looking a bit scraggly, so we decided on the spur of the moment to give him a haircut today.  Well, one side turned out shorter than the other, so we had to even it out, and in the end we cut off a lot more than we had intended.  Pobrecito, he looks so dorky now.
